Benjamin Gilmore
Owner/CEO
Professional Experience:
Benjamin won multiple awards, running a multi-million dollar district in his career as District Manager with Frito Lay.
Now as the Owner & CEO of Armor Marketing, his vision is to first and foremost to honor God through Armor and help Armor's clients grow a profitable business as he commits to working with the unique needs & goals of each client.
Personal Experience:
Benjamin is a dedicated husband, father, and Papa to his wife, Tara, their 5 children, and their 2 granddaughters. He enjoys camping with his family, attending Men's Bible Study, and growing Armor Marketing.
Tara Gilmore
Owner/COO/Executive Assistant
Professional Experience:
Tara has been in the administrative industry for over 30 years, working in various fields such as insurance, construction, and healthcare.
She first started her own business as an Executive Virtual Assistant in 2019 and then merged with Armor in 2024 to support Armor's clients along with her own.
She continues to serve clients while managing the team and helping to run Armor with Benjamin.
Personal Experience:
Tara is a loving wife, mother, and Grammy to her husband, Ben, their 5 children, and their 2 granddaughters. She enjoys camping with her family, studying the Bible, and growing Armor Marketing.
Ethan Gilmore
Executive Assistant
Professional Experience:
Ethan worked for Tara as a virtual assistant and then joined the Armor team when Tara merged with Armor in 2024.
Ethan is an exceptional assistant, specializing in website updates and creation. He happily dives into any project to assist and is a joy to have on the team.
Personal Experience:
Ethan is the son of Benjamin and Tara. He enjoys riding his dirt bike and spending time with his family.
