What we look for in our remote assistants
Has Experience. We typically hire people who have at least 4 years experience as a virtual assistant or in the industry we are hiring for. Additionally, we want people who embody and take ownership of their responsibilities
Embraces Collaboration. As an entrepreneur it can feel lonely at times. We at Armor Marketing want to make sure those who work with us feel like a team. If you thrive on leveraging a team's strengths, talents, and positive energy, this could be the perfect place for you.
Holds Themselves Accountable. No one is ever perfect but because you work remote, you must be someone who can hold themselves accountable and do the job. We look for people who are aware of their strengths and weaknesses and can display personal responsibility.
Is Committed to Armor Marketing and our Clients. At a fundamental level, every team needs competent and committed team members. As a leader, you must be prepared to identify and appropriately address any obstacles related to skills or job performance. When your clients need help you must be willing to assist with a positive and compassionate manner.
Is Flexible. There will be challenges with your clients! We look for VA's who can be flexible in their position and with our clients. You may have a specific job title with our clients but if there is a need to support in another area, you would be willing to help out.
Is Optimistic and Future-Focused. We look for high-level VA's who will keep the vision of their client's company, and Armor Marketing in mind for all decisions. We look for someone who can be strategic and anticipate the actions they can take to add value to the both our clients and Armor Marketing. You must keep our client's needs always at the forefront of the mind.
Can Back-Up Client Goals with Action. We look for VA's who are able to evaluate themselves and their job role with our clients to create and execute on goals effectively. You must be able to stay focused and driven to attain the goals of our clients and Armor Marketing.
Has a Positive Attitude. Conflict is inevitable. Handling conflict with maturity and grace leads to the best solutions. Sometimes we will get a client that is difficult. As VA's we've all had them. Maintaining a positive attitude even during stressful times and difficult clients is important. Your positive attitude along with showing kindness and grace will create a better atmosphere for everyone.

Due to our payroll process, all applicants must be located in the US. At Armor Marketing Group, we pride ourselves on fostering flexible, independent contractor opportunities. Our remote assistant positions are 1099 subcontractor positions. There are no insurance benefits available.
